He gave up near the end. Probably saw the team bus

Marek_c [Passionforbiking] Thursday 6.Apr 15:18, 2017
But he is listed as DNF.

He was never ment to sprint in this race ... He was there for Pelucchi or Ackermann i guess ..... This is one of those races you won't get much profit if you bet on a huge crash in the sprint/position fight, and for those with ambitions for a healthy partisipation in PR, i guess it's better to not take any chances in a race like this :D

Marek_c [Passionforbiking] Thursday 6.Apr 13:19, 2017
What happened to Sagan (again)? Saw him jumping in his style over the mass-crash at 4 km, then being in front for a while.. then ..gone?

Viktor86 [Le Tour de Brabant] Wednesday 5.Apr 19:15, 2017
All 142 scoring teams had Kittel and Greipel, that's sort of unique I think?

Viktor86 [Le Tour de Brabant] Wednesday 5.Apr 19:06, 2017
Serious, 2nd, you gotta be kidding me?

355 points ... thats not even up the list for worst winning result in this game ... 355 is pretty good considering a HUGE crash :)))

Erythropoietin [Erythropoietin] Wednesday 5.Apr 18:06, 2017

nice to see EPO in the top 10

the winner of GP Pino Cerami last year had 3 pts scorers

Nathan [CT Glory] Wednesday 5.Apr 18:04, 2017
14th FC-manager overall
Just remember that the winner only had 4 riders who scored points. That should be one of the least ever right?

Nice to see Demare in the Top 10....

Ole A.Fikerud [The Rockets] Wednesday 5.Apr 17:32, 2017

I was pissed drunk when I picked a team for this one. With one eyed shut I managed to hit the biggest names on the list on my ipad at 2 in the morning or something. Would probably have done Things a bit different if I knew that especially Sagan would take it easy.

goon1221 [BMC] Wednesday 5.Apr 17:07, 2017

oooooh .... what a crash !!

goon1221 [BMC] Wednesday 5.Apr 17:03, 2017

Demare in the back now .... I guess my thoughts was ok :)))

Andy [Luxembourg Finest] Wednesday 5.Apr 16:59, 2017

I took a gamble that is he is not sprinting, can be right or wrong. Had actually Hoelgaard on my team at one point because of that.

goon1221 [BMC] Wednesday 5.Apr 16:54, 2017

I guess you're asking Andy, but I can tell you why i droped him .... a couple of reasons ... he is dropable becaus on paper, he doesn't got the speed to win here, he hasn't done well here before, and the same reason Sagan take it slow here ...he wont take any big risk in a sprint here before PR ( Bouhanni is here, and he is scared he'll punch him :D ) that was a joke :))) And now he can win this thing for all i know :D

Erythropoietin [Erythropoietin] Wednesday 5.Apr 16:44, 2017

and demare is not on your team because?

Aragonite [TORA TORA TORA] Wednesday 5.Apr 13:54, 2017

Pelucchi is probably the fastest of the three, but he is awfully brittle, when elbows are flying imo.

Andy [Luxembourg Finest] Wednesday 5.Apr 13:19, 2017

Dimension has a good train here, so just picked the rider I thought will be their sprinter, and for Bora, I see 3 options; Ackermann, Pelucchi and Selig. No idea who will sprint, so took the one who I like the best of them, but think actually Pelucchi is going to be their man today.

Didn't bother with Bora. Had a good look at Gibbons for the ninth spot, he has a great lead out team. But went with tried and tested. Go Planckaert!|

Go Selig and Gibbons!

Aragonite [TORA TORA TORA] Wednesday 5.Apr 12:52, 2017

Happy Tom Boonen Day!

Nathan [CT Glory] Tuesday 4.Apr 22:02, 2017

This will be the first race for me where I really need some luck on the right sprinters for the right team. (sneaky look to Sky and Bora)

Andy [Luxembourg Finest] Tuesday 4.Apr 19:29, 2017

The big question here; will Jon Ander Insausti finish the race? He has a nice streak of DNF so this season.

Andy [Luxembourg Finest] Tuesday 4.Apr 17:39, 2017

What I think is official start list is added. Cav and Mareczko out, while Viviani is in.

Aragonite [TORA TORA TORA] Tuesday 4.Apr 15:53, 2017

It has been 50/50 a huge pile up or not, just before the line, in recent years.

goon1221 [BMC] Tuesday 4.Apr 15:25, 2017
19th FC-manager overall
This is the race i playd with fire last year and droped Kittel on my team :D that was a stupid thing todo of course, and I ended up at the bottom of the list ... well deserved :D

The wrather forcast for tomorrow is rather interesting ... the first part of the race will have significant head cross wind, which is not that dangerous, but in the circuits first half, it will be more dangerous tale cross wind, and things can definitelly happen :))) I hope so :)))
