Ciccone is actually a far better climber than I thought, a good italian surprise. Viviani basically have no competition here so is much lessa surprise, but good trining for him I guess

johnjackjoe [JohnJackJoe Racing] Friday 7.Jul 14:41, 2017
The race is over the HC summit, just before the last descent.
Lopez just managed to reach the lead group which is now 4 large. Denifl alone and a minute down.

Aragonite [TORA TORA TORA] Thursday 6.Jul 17:09, 2017
You were correct about Fernandez Andy. Looking good for a podium spot.

Aragonite [TORA TORA TORA] Thursday 6.Jul 16:50, 2017
Stage5 has all the looks of a breakaway day. But I have a feeling Lopez is going to have a go at going solo up that HC climb.

LosBrolin [JuhaMieto] Thursday 6.Jul 16:34, 2017
..nevermind, Debasay got dropped hard at the final kilometres

LosBrolin [JuhaMieto] Thursday 6.Jul 16:07, 2017
I always manage to pick wrong guy from Dimension Data

Aragonite [TORA TORA TORA] Thursday 6.Jul 15:19, 2017
Didn't realise this stage was so short.

Aragonite [TORA TORA TORA] Thursday 6.Jul 15:05, 2017
Cheers Andy. Will make a change watching riders giving their all.

For those who wants to see proper bike race today

sker [Team Paracarri] Wednesday 5.Jul 18:47, 2017
The race will be decided tomorrow. I really don't understand the design of stage 5: it would have been a terrific stage without at least some of the final flattish 50 km

Aragonite [TORA TORA TORA] Tuesday 4.Jul 17:03, 2017
Misread the parcours of this stage. Not the only one it seems, thought I would have dropped like a stone in the overall, actually went up two places. Some strange results in this race.

Assassin [TheTrueAssassins] Monday 3.Jul 23:21, 2017
Shows how good young Mr Padun is if he could get near to that

Aragonite [TORA TORA TORA] Monday 3.Jul 23:21, 2017
Restrepo DNS. Collar-bone gone.

Andy [Luxembourg Finest] Monday 3.Jul 23:20, 2017
There you see how important Flèche du Sud are for the riders

sker [Team Paracarri] Monday 3.Jul 23:08, 2017
Kvasina found positive to doping won't start tomorrow

Andy [Luxembourg Finest] Monday 3.Jul 15:37, 2017
Don't forget Fernandez, very good climber in Volta Portugal, but as well all know, that doesn't mean exceptional results outside Portugal. The gaps on Kitzbüheler Horn will be very big though, so nothing is lost for Lopez yet.

Aragonite [TORA TORA TORA] Monday 3.Jul 15:30, 2017
That makes Taaramae, Grosschartner, Denifl, and Christian favourites. Although a fit Zakarin, or Lopez could make up that gap on Kitzbuheler.

Andy [Luxembourg Finest] Monday 3.Jul 14:48, 2017
Superman Lopez and Ilnur lost 1.42 today after crosswinds. Many others of the favorites also lost time, only 33 riders in first peloton.

Francisco [K92-União Ciclista] Monday 3.Jul 12:09, 2017
Well, i started with Rein at captain, exactly because of that BUT then i went coward and took Ilnur to captain and Rein to 100%.
Probably, both will not "compete" in Austria, leaving the gc to Restrepo... :D

LosBrolin [JuhaMieto] Monday 3.Jul 10:46, 2017
Gained some weight after Giro and is just slowly building towards Vuelta, I dont expect him really to be a factor here. Why I got him in my team remains a mystery tho..

sker [Team Paracarri] Sunday 2.Jul 18:24, 2017
What happened to Zakarin here? 37 seconds in 800 metres is really a lot!

Aragonite [TORA TORA TORA] Sunday 2.Jul 16:52, 2017
It's only 32secs, and 37secs respectively, which is nothing when they have to climb Kitzbuheler Horn, but still those Katusha boys :- Taaramae 125th, and Zakarin 137th.

Assassin [TheTrueAssassins] Sunday 2.Jul 16:20, 2017
Foliforov was the dissapointment was expecting a sub 1'30 from him :)

Aragonite [TORA TORA TORA] Sunday 2.Jul 16:19, 2017
I thought Sep was a contender for today. But don't see him getting too many more chances. Could be wrong.

LosBrolin [JuhaMieto] Sunday 2.Jul 16:17, 2017
Yeah, I was amazed to see I was the only one :D

Assassin [TheTrueAssassins] Sunday 2.Jul 16:17, 2017
Ah Good ol Ruffoni, a bastion of clean cycling

Andy [Luxembourg Finest] Sunday 2.Jul 16:16, 2017
Think Ruffoni did well in the mountain prologue last year, it's more a matter of power in 2 min than weight.

BartVelo [BartVelo] Sunday 2.Jul 16:14, 2017
Vanmarcke 5th, what does that tell about this short mountain time trial?

Aragonite [TORA TORA TORA] Sunday 2.Jul 16:13, 2017
I did consider Gatto as a joker for the hillier sprint stages. Never thought about him as a contender for the prologue though.

Assassin [TheTrueAssassins] Sunday 2.Jul 16:05, 2017
ah nevermind they updated it then. He wasn't there originally

Great pick by PartyFin. Less than 5 managers picked Gatto.

Assassin [TheTrueAssassins] Sunday 2.Jul 16:02, 2017
Looks like Paddy Schelling DNS'd

BartVelo [BartVelo] Sunday 2.Jul 16:01, 2017
It's done: Gatto wins!

just a few to finish

Logreid [JohnGadretPartykjepp] Saturday 1.Jul 20:12, 2017
Au contraire, I'm always happy with the pelikan out :D

Andy [Luxembourg Finest] Saturday 1.Jul 19:36, 2017
Official start list added, no big changes, but Wippert had a star, and Logreid will not be happy with Pelikan out.

Logreid [JohnGadretPartykjepp] Wednesday 28.Jun 21:42, 2017
I was just drafting an email to them - punching startlist now. Thanks

Francisco [K92-União Ciclista] Wednesday 28.Jun 21:40, 2017
Stages and startlist available at PCS.

Andy [Luxembourg Finest] Tuesday 27.Jun 21:43, 2017
It's on the manager calendar, just missing the startlist. The highlight of all cycling fans in July is of course Kitzbüheler Horn.

sker [Team Paracarri] Tuesday 27.Jun 21:38, 2017
This would be a cool manager side event for the Tour
