Oh my god ... glad this thing is over now ... for a guy very interested in alpine skiing, NOT turning the circadian rhythm around, this has been exhausting :D
No more alarm in the middle of the night for this guy ever ... next Olympics in Tokyo and Beijing will go without me :D

To win the medal board, Norway got the pressure .. The 4 Bob is big big favourites .. they need to crash not to win this thing ... they lead with 25/100 .. that's like a minute in cross country :D so if Bjørgen, or one of the other norwegians doesn't win tomorrow... Germany win the medal hunt....

Tomas [Second Coming] Saturday 24.Feb 13:20, 2018
Germany sets their hope in the hockey team <-- oboy'oboy thats a sentence I thought I'd never hear.

Okey ... Norway got maybe one more outsider chance on the mass start speed skating with Sverre Lunde Pedersen

Andy [Luxembourg Finest] Saturday 24.Feb 08:25, 2018
Fantastic race. It's up there with Val di Fiemme as best 50K mass start. Bolshunov again fading the last couple of km, he always do that unfortunately. Was sure he would win with 10 to go

I redraw the sweden big favourite statement in both curling finals ... the swedish women meets the Koreans which really impressed with some real high high quality curling in the semis against almost as well playing Japan ... Sweden will get a match ... or the other way around maybe :D

Sorry ... Sweden got 6 gold ... still ... they will not complain after this Olympics I'm sure :))

Viktor86 [Le Tour de Brabant] Friday 23.Feb 14:32, 2018
And hockey is played on the Sumer Olympics. ;) Even the IOC and IIHF confirm.

Viktor86 [Le Tour de Brabant] Friday 23.Feb 14:31, 2018
Sweden's record is 7 gold in Turin.

Tomas [Second Coming] Friday 23.Feb 14:29, 2018
I find the whole not entering Olympics a major miss of opportunity, to advertise the NHL for the world. Remember back when I was a kid, hockey in the Olympics was one of the coolest things.

goon1221 [BMC] Friday 23.Feb 14:29, 2018
9th FC-manager overall - 15th FC-manager last 6 weeks
Sweden by the way ... what a great Olympics for them as well ... they got 7 gold medals now, and will be big favourites in curling finals both gender and Kalla on the 30 km ... 10 gold to Sweden will be new record for them of I'm not completely wrong?

Viktor86 [Le Tour de Brabant] Friday 23.Feb 14:27, 2018
4-1

Last year's World Championship: Germany ''only'' 5 NHL players of 25, Canada only 2 NOT in the NHL, with 80% of the League Canadian anyway. It's safe to say Canada (and the USA) miss their home league players, while Russia can still field their top players from the KHL. Despite missing players like Ovechkin and Malkin,

johnjackjoe [JohnJackJoe Racing] Friday 23.Feb 14:18, 2018

And next year Worlds in Östersund, just saying.

Tomas [Second Coming] Friday 23.Feb 13:34, 2018

..

Tomas [Second Coming] Thursday 22.Feb 15:20, 2018
Four teams without misses, three of them ended up with medals. Nuff said.

Andy [Luxembourg Finest] Thursday 22.Feb 14:35, 2018
No serious relay when 3 athletes has clean shooting ;) Remember once in Anterselva, Dahlmeier only without extra shots. Think that actually was the last time in her fantastic streak of no misses in the relays.

goon1221 [BMC] Thursday 22.Feb 14:30, 2018

I mean, when Wierer can go out in the lead after 2 rounds on the first shooting... and Olsbu shoot for gold after Tandrevold miss her first 4 shots on her second shooting, it cant be boring :D

In the Olympics anything can happen ... .. Shiffrin wins downhill in lake Louise ( I think it was ) and every slalom she does, expept the Olympics slalom and SC :D Hirscher out in first, Kristoffersen out in second run in the slalom ... Myhrer and Sweden wins :D I guess Germany can beat OAR as well :))

lol. Amazing

Andy [Luxembourg Finest] Wednesday 21.Feb 15:12, 2018
After the semis I had Norway as favorite, but before I was sure it would be close fight between Netherlands and Korea in the big final. This gold is nr.2 on my list for Pyeongchang.

goon1221 [BMC] Wednesday 21.Feb 14:44, 2018
9th FC-manager overall - 15th FC-manager last 6 weeks
Gold was a little over the top yes .... but medal was likely ... I was sure norway would fight for bronze when we meet Netherlands in the semis ...

johnjackjoe [JohnJackJoe Racing] Wednesday 21.Feb 14:37, 2018
8th FC-manager overall - 5th FC-manager last 6 weeks
Wow, that was a surprise medal for Norway skating. Poor Koreans

Viktor86 [Le Tour de Brabant] Wednesday 21.Feb 13:41, 2018
Btw, how sad is our NOC. This country has one alpine skier (Jelinkova) who qualified for the Olympics, according the rules of FIS (Top 30 WC). But our national rules say she had to finish into the top 16 twice or once in the top 8. Do they think she's the female Marcel Hirscher or so? Olympics is about competing, not winning. Other ''top'' countries allow crappy athletes to compete if they've qualified for their discipline.

goon1221 [BMC] Wednesday 21.Feb 13:39, 2018
9th FC-manager overall - 15th FC-manager last 6 weeks
:D ... alright ... if Sundby don't win, I hope Niskanen does :D I I'm sure this 50 km is the main reason Niskanen is here :)) with that being says . .. I really can't see Sundby wins this thing... he is not as strong this season as earlier... Cologna looks like the man to beat , then Poultoranin .... and what about Klæbo... a scenario winner ... ?

LosBrolin [JuhaMieto] Wednesday 21.Feb 13:26, 2018
3rd FC-manager overall - 6th FC-manager last 6 weeks
You have enough medals already. C'MON IIVO!!!!1111

goon1221 [BMC] Wednesday 21.Feb 13:10, 2018
9th FC-manager overall - 15th FC-manager last 6 weeks
By the way .... I've never been a big Sundby fan .... that I can tell you ... but now, after playing with the team ( apparently ) on the 30 km, and talking team team team ... I actually hope he wins the 50 km ... for the first time I feel he deserves a individual gold medal :)))

Viktor86 [Le Tour de Brabant] Wednesday 21.Feb 13:09, 2018
It's not just the training in other teams aspect. The Dutch skaters simply think too easy about the relay from since it was invented, especially the men. Because all the money, possibilities and individual qualities, the Dutch skaters think they only need to field 3 random skaters and they will win any race easily. Plus, no team players. Even with 3 skaters from the same team, there are always issues.

goon1221 [BMC] Wednesday 21.Feb 13:02, 2018
9th FC-manager overall - 15th FC-manager last 6 weeks
Yeah ...and that's why .... the approach norway has in all disciplines in this Olympics... team first.... Is the reason we're doing so well I'm sure ....

Andy [Luxembourg Finest] Wednesday 21.Feb 12:55, 2018
They don't train together there, but in their different teams. Part of the reason at least

goon1221 [BMC] Wednesday 21.Feb 12:52, 2018

goon1221 [BMC] Wednesday 21.Feb 12:48, 2018
9th FC-manager overall - 15th FC-manager last 6 weeks
Yeah ... they didn't count on this was Norway's main goal for this Olympics... like the ski jumpers .. the team is most important . ... I can dig it .... the team thing that is :)

Viktor86 [Le Tour de Brabant] Wednesday 21.Feb 12:43, 2018
I don't know, I was mostly glad she was more on tv than Goggia or Vonn, even only being third at the time.

And talking about jinxing, no gold medal for the Dutch man's relay team at speed skating. They already won the event, just needed to collect the gold medal.

goon1221 [BMC] Wednesday 21.Feb 09:44, 2018
9th FC-manager overall - 15th FC-manager last 6 weeks

goon1221 [BMC] Tuesday 20.Feb 15:17, 2018
9th FC-manager overall - 15th FC-manager last 6 weeks
Will be a fight till the end ... norway runs out of options as well :D ... we can be beaten by both Sweden, Italy and OAR tomorrow.. from the top of my head ... Germany clearly beats us in the NC relay .. Hirscher beats Kristoffersen in slalom ... Biathlon can go either way for a lot of teams I'm sure :D .. 30 km is Kallas i guess and 50 km i don't know ... but Cologna, poultoranin and Niskanen comes to mind ... I got HIGH hopes for Lorentzen beating Kjeld Nuis on the 1000 m though ... and some other less obvious possibilities... exiting stuff :)))

johnjackjoe [JohnJackJoe Racing] Tuesday 20.Feb 15:07, 2018
8th FC-manager overall - 5th FC-manager last 6 weeks

They lost 0 - 4 against Sweden in the first match, 1 - 5 against Finland in the second match ... and what do you know, the lost against Germany also after penalties.... still they got a 4th chance against Slovenia today, and won .... that's enough apparently :D

I am sitting here thinking about how the hell Lorentzen could win 500 m, set personal best, norwegian record new Olympic record from last inner turn on an sea level trak.... ?
Pretty amazing performance.... and the answer I give myself is this .... maybe the " unlucky " lane draw was a positive thing for him .... sat him in the exact right mental setting ....

Vidar [Orgrimmar FC] Tuesday 20.Feb 01:47, 2018
Kramer can't be close to crybaby Sundby, hohoho

Tomas [Second Coming] Monday 19.Feb 17:09, 2018
Would suprise me if he comes even close to Martin J. Sundby. Would surprise me very much indeed.

Viktor86 [Le Tour de Brabant] Monday 19.Feb 16:53, 2018
Because that's Kramer. King of the Excuses.

Tomas [Second Coming] Monday 19.Feb 16:42, 2018
"I don't know if Kramer is sick. If he doesn't win, he says he was sick using it as an excuse, otherwise he wasn't. No matter what the truth was." <-- sounds like you are talking about Martin Johnsrud Sundby ;)

Who the hell cares about the World Allround Championships nowadays besides Sven Kramer and a few other Dutch people? I think nobody, literrally. Even in the 90's you had non Dutch people interested in it, but now it's all about distances, because those could result in Olympic medals.

Wüst mostly doesn't care which distances she wins, only that she wins. Like for many athletes is for her a win = a win and a medal a medal.

I don't know if Kramer is sick. If he doesn't win, he says he was sick using it as an excuse, otherwise he wasn't. No matter what the truth was.

Andy [Luxembourg Finest] Monday 19.Feb 16:21, 2018
If we are talking only speed skating, then Eric Heiden is the boss of the Olympics. But it would be impossible for him to win 5 golds today, much more specialization now. Wüst has 5 I think, but she is faster than Kramer, so easier for her to win 1500. Kramer tried to qualify for 1500, but missed out with just a few hundreds of a second to Roest, who won silver. We are talking about an unique speed skater, 9 World Allround gold says that, going to be 10 if he take part in Amsterdam in March. Heard some rumors that he was sick, but hasn't got that confirmed, is that true or not?

Viktor86 [Le Tour de Brabant] Monday 19.Feb 16:12, 2018
Sorry, but I can't understand what Kramer was doing. That whole obsession with the 10 km is the reason he lost in the first place. He put so much pressure on himself, resulting in more pressure from press and public, that it brought him the mental break down n the 10 km this Olympics, as it was the result of a pressure building up in the last 4 years. The only important race were those 12-13 minutes in Pyeonggang. Especially bringing in the losses of before.

Sven Kramer is the only reason why Sven Kramer lost. He wasn't just the favourite for the 10 km, it was the only important race at all. Even the former top skaters analists at the NOS (including Ritsma, Tuitert, Wennemars and others) agree that that was the reason he lost. There was no lack of form, his top coach Orie couldn't find evidence for that after the winning 5 km, and his level of skating was a direct result of this mental break down, not the reason he lost in the first place.

And can we please stop comparing sports with each other of who won the most medals. The only reason that a swimmer won the most medals of all, both in total as within one tournament, is because it's easier to adapt from one swimming discipline to another. A sprinter in athletics can only win a few medals per games, because the differences in that sport are much different. All ''best Olympians'' are not coincidentally athletes from sports with a lot of disciplines. No team sport athletes with one medal per Olympics in a limited age (18-35) could possibly make that list realistically.

Sven Kramer with his talent and training can only compete on his current events + maybe the 1500 (which already is quite differemt), but would never be able to win something at the 500 or 1000 meters, with speed skating being similar athletics. Biathlon and cross country have those issues less and with using the same movement technique, an athlete can do both easier than an athlete within speed skating.

Andy [Luxembourg Finest] Monday 19.Feb 15:42, 2018
When you probably are the best long distance skater ever and still don't have the 10K Olympic gold medal I can understand Kramer. This was maybe the main reason he continued after Sochi and now he lose again. It was probably harder to accept the defeat in Vancouver and Sochi though, since he was really never close this time. 4 gold medal is just 50% of Bjørndalen and Dæhlie and soon Bjørgen also, so a long way up for him.

Ah yes, Bjarne Rykkje and his brother. Around 2000 (semi) pro skaters, but you only saw them in the national championships.

And like I said before, but speed skating doesn't differ that much from cyclo cross with the Netherlands being what Belgium is in cyclo cross. The main difference is that this is Olympic, therefore athletes may have some interest in the sport. In some countries being Olympic champion makes you a god, not matter what obscure sport or discipline.

That's why I don't get the obsession of Sven Kramer with the 10 km for already 4 years. He's 4 times Olympic champion (3 x 5 km + TP), with a chance on a 5th title with the upcoming TP, but he still cries about the 10 km. Never heard of a multiple Olympic champion about missing one discipline. For most athletes any discipline is enough. Even more, how many athletes with at least 4 Olympic gold medals are there?

@Andy, I didn't knew that.
Strange decision from IOC. I applaud more competition and from more nations.

About the Dutch being so strong in speed skating. Look how many brand teams there are in speed skating. Most of them are Dutch with Dutch coaches. A lot of foreigners are joining Dutch brand teams and learning from our coaches and training together with the Dutch. And see the results for example with Kodaira and Erbanova. Both training in Dutch teams. Kodaira trained by Marianne Timmer.

Too bad actually .... 1000 m and 500 m are both distances affected by a little luck in the draw because of this
the 500 m is one thing... that hurts mostly Lorentzen and guys like him that's not so fast first 100 m, and do their races in the end .... but on the 1000 m, it's bad for all ... first inner lane is crucial .... 2 pretty significant advantages ... first inner lane got a longer acceleration stretch before the first turn, and the advantage of chasing your opponent from outer lane into the last inner turn .......

Andy [Luxembourg Finest] Monday 19.Feb 07:59, 2018
IOC gave ISU the choice between 2x500 and no mass start or the mass start and only one 500. So that 's why.

ritlefant [Ritlefant] Monday 19.Feb 00:01, 2018
There is plenty of time availale on the skating rink, so having 2x500 is highly recommended in addition to the mass start, that has increased the amount of natons competing. I doubt there would be that many nation on ice as we see to day if no mass start at all.

Not sure how the dutch look at these new competitions, but comparing with norwegians and nordic disiplines, historically we have been against all inventions of the sport. Still after few years we still rock, as we have a huge amount of recruiting. And on the skating rink, there is no doubt the dutch are overall the best, even in new distances and competitions, may be not the first two years, but very soon.

on 500 m speed skating, Håvard Lorentzen is best in the world in the last turn on outer lane, which generate speed for the best home stretch in the world... Lorentzen was a draw from a possible gold medal on tomorrows race .... he draw out lane start ... that means he have to do inner lane on the last turn .... that's not even close to getting his super skills in play ..... too bad ...

Andy [Luxembourg Finest] Sunday 18.Feb 11:44, 2018
Nothing beats Domracheva before her break. Best skating technique without any doubt for me.

Spitsov has been solid this season, and was among the golden Russian U23 trio last year which tried to share gold on the Duathlon there, they arrived together at the finish and didn't sprint. And when you know the two others are Bolshunov and Chervotkin, the potential is there. But I had never expected him to be twice top 4 here. The man of the day is Parisse. No, they don't know much about any other sport than speed skating or football. But still than, at least mention the full podium like in other sports and events. They did it with the Giant Slalom of the men this night, surprisingly ignoring Hirscher's Dutch roots.

Andy [Luxembourg Finest] Sunday 18.Feb 06:59, 2018
Make sense to talk about Vonn. She is after all the biggest women star in alpine. But NOS doesn't know that much about alpine right? Veith was close to win SG back-to-back, nobody done that before, and only 0.01 second from that. But it's like Norwegian media after an event few in Norway know anything about.

Hakola out of the Finnish team, Hyvärinen in, so think Finland is out of any medal contention then.

Viktor86 [Le Tour de Brabant] Sunday 18.Feb 02:25, 2018
I still don't know what happened at the Super G. Ledecka's best result in the WC was 19th and her overall Super G ranking is 43th. She only competed for liking it, with her goal being next week in snowboarding. Thought the timer was broken.

And it was an utterly strange report from the Dutch NOS. First being focused on the American Lindsay Vonn pre race. Afterwards in the article on the site only mentioning the stunt of Ledecka and that failure of Vonn. No mention of Tina Weirather, leading the race until the last favourite and silver medal Anna Veith-Fenninger finished and winning bronze herself. Not even a single mention of who won bronze,

And apparently being the defending Super WC holder and current 2nd overall in that ranking doesn't make an athlete a favourite.

Andy [Luxembourg Finest] Saturday 17.Feb 20:13, 2018
On the same time, Toni Livers wasn't even close to where he was 10 years ago when he shared the win with Vittoz in Davos. He should lose too much to get a medal for Switzerland. I see Veerpalu starting man for Estonia, great to have a Veerpalu back in the Olympics, even those Andreas is not even close to his father's level (at least yet). Hakola is very good on classic, Niskanen best in the world, while Heikkinen was ok-ish yesterday, but Lehtonen need a big gap to Halfvarsson to secure the medal. Don't think it happens, so then I am on Norway-Russia-Sweden.

Tomas [Second Coming] Saturday 17.Feb 19:38, 2018
If Cologna has the time of his life, like Kalla today, he can make up time. Roman Furger on last stage for Switzerlake did one hell of a 15 km F yesterday.

Andy [Luxembourg Finest] Saturday 17.Feb 19:25, 2018
Finland should be up there after the classic legs, but Lehtonen on final is not strong enough. Germany has a solid team, but missing the X-factor. Have to agree with you, only way Russia can win is if Tønseth has a bad day like Jacobsen. But Chervotkin is a big question mark also and Larkov hasn't been that good this year, he was stronger in Lahti.

Tomas [Second Coming] Saturday 17.Feb 19:18, 2018
Cross country relay men.

Russland with an interesting setup for tomorrows race; Larkov-Bolshunov-Chervotkin-Spitsov. For it to work they have to get rid of the norwegians in the classic stages where its Tønseth-Sundby. I really can't imagine a scenario where the we are not winning if Kruger-Klæbo doesnt have to take time on the other nations.

And lets hope someone can give Sweden a good fight for bronze.

Must be Spitsov and Bolshunov on final 2 legs for Russia tomorrow. But first 2 is hard. Chervotkin has been sick and not raced either of the first 2 distances, so maybe not ready. Then Vitsenko and Larkov are the logical choices, but they should lose too much time unfortunately. Maybe Melnichenko instead of Vitsenko, but the result remain the same.

Sven Kramer didn't collapse. He just gave up after noticing he couldn't win gold. Athlete unworthy mentality. Know nothing about these sports, but got to watching the mixed pairs Curling. Reason being a very tasty young lady representing Russia(OAR). If this is what drugs does to the female form, then give them more I say. :)

Viktor86 [Le Tour de Brabant] Monday 12.Feb 14:17, 2018
Fourcade now wins the gold medal biathlon, Samuelsson skies better in the last phase than Doll for silver. Bø best Norwegian at 4 far behind that duo, only Norwegian in the top 8. Winner of the sprint yesterday only finishes at that 8th spot

And the worst thing about this .... they knew about this weather conditions this time of year ... has always been so.... so let's build the biggest slope in the world to really make sure we scare the crap out of everybody :D

Andy [Luxembourg Finest] Monday 12.Feb 09:54, 2018
This going to be the edition they don't manage to run all events? Big problems in alpine so far, I will not be surprised if they have to postpone the super combined tomorrow, maybe even the slalom on Wednesday when it is predicted the same wind conditions as today

LosBrolin [JuhaMieto] Monday 12.Feb 08:42, 2018
3rd FC-manager overall - 6th FC-manager last 6 weeks
That has to be the worst slope style event I've seen. Conditions were just way too risky to try anything :/ We even got a medal but that doesn't feel the same tbh

Viktor86 [Le Tour de Brabant] Monday 12.Feb 08:11, 2018
How on earth could they not postpone the ladies slopestyle final? It was purely a game of luck to even get downhill without falling. The most ''simple'' and easy tricks went wrong, due to unpredictable wind, both in speed and direction.

Viktor86 [Le Tour de Brabant] Sunday 11.Feb 13:54, 2018
What a terrible circumstances in the mountains. Ski Jumping delays, Alpine Skiing delayed, Biathlon shooting goes terrible,

Btw, I'm just waiting for the women's alpine skiing events to start. :-)

Andy [Luxembourg Finest] Saturday 10.Feb 17:06, 2018
This race would never had 2 rounds in a normal WC race, but it was actually quite fair race. Can't remember last time a ski jumping competition was finished on another day than it started without interruption

Viktor86 [Le Tour de Brabant] Saturday 10.Feb 16:56, 2018
Wellinger wins the highly interrupted Ski Jumping competition, finishing way after local midnight. And the two remaining medals surprisingly not to Poland, but Norway. Stoch and Hula only 4 and 5.

Sweden is actually a strong competitor in the relay now. Kalla-Andersson-Nilsson on final 3 legs, maybe Haag or Ingemarsdotter on first.

That sounds like a joke Mieto, but if you ask the guys in charge, I bet that a part of the answer ... personally I think it's a shame ... in my point of view, the medical bag should contain bandage and oistment ( not trofodermin though :D ) and maybe some non prescriptioned pain killers only :D

Dette er tiltenkt utøvere og medlemmer av støtteapparatet som er friske ved avreise, da alle som går på faste medisiner, har ansvar for å ta med egne legemidler selv. Alle som har astma, har altså med egen medisin."

and maybe this means we get to see Ustiugov ++ in the olympics now. but even if so, his preparations have been FUCKED by the fucking IOC. its impossible mentally to give 100 % in training when you dont even know that you will be allowed to participate. these olympic games are a joke already, but luckily they will mostly take place at night when im not able to watch anyway

Viktor86 [Le Tour de Brabant] Wednesday 24.Jan 09:05, 2018
Ah yes, EPO. Only Russia has such a doping system. Curious how the rest of the countries does that, without such a system, but still beat the Russians. Like the Dutch speed skaters, pretending nobody is using, but still beating the crap out of the well prepared Russians. A bigger omerta than the EPO era in cycling.

Just like Spain with Fuentes and the GDR pre-1990. It exists and in more countries people want to know,

I think EPO takling about way earlier Tomas ... when she through herself around the kings neck in Olso .... i couldn't believe a girl doing that was a rotten cheater

The Johaug case stinks like ugly shit though ... but not for the reasons you might think... I believe some huge mistakes was done in Italy, but I think Johaug was the one making them, and not the doctor ... but I don't think johaug doped intentionally

Erythropoietin [Erythropoietin] Tuesday 23.Jan 17:14, 2018

that was afterwards.
and yes it is suspicious as f*#¤. yet the entire cross country national team does not question her story at all. the same with martin johnsrud sundby, the entire team stands united behind him and his "unlucky" doping verdict. yet there is no team doping here? noooooo, because that only happens in dirty russia, right

Tomas [Second Coming] Tuesday 23.Jan 17:10, 2018
Regarding Johaug and goon, he actually came to the conclusion that it had to be something really really suspicious going on... since even he doubted the explaination given by the norwegians.

Erythropoietin [Erythropoietin] Tuesday 23.Jan 16:44, 2018

peeing in cup doesnt prove anything. how many times did the US postal guys piss clean while dirty? its amazing how little you have learned. and who was absolutely sure that therese johaug was a good girl? that was you, goon, as well as more than 90 % of the people. so even when you think you are sure it turns out you can be dead wrong. what do they have on ustiugov and shipulin? the only thing they can prove is that they have russian passports

goon1221 [BMC] Tuesday 23.Jan 16:34, 2018

Thats right EPO.... run away when your arguments get killed .... down to the gym for some angry iron pumping ... that will get your brain running .... I expect a good comeback when you're done :))

What a relief to hear people in here confirm and determine that it is impossible to prove innocence .. still, I think there's a boundary where you can be pretty sure, or at least limit the possibility of cheating up to a maximum ... and that's what we are talking about here .... this is not criminal court ... the innocence until opposite is proven is good for criminal court ... I mean, It's not like we need to go around prove you are not stealing in everyday life .... sports athletes needs to pee in a cup to prove innocence every week .... for obvious reasons

Tomas [Second Coming] Tuesday 23.Jan 15:22, 2018
@goon: easy now, and stay on topic.

It's actually impossible to prove that you are clean. So by that definition they can expel whoever they want.

lolololol its impossible to prove that someone is clean.
and what a nice society we will have if the burden of proof falls on the individual. guilty until proven innocent! only those with tons of money to spend on lawyers will stand a chance. great idea as usual, goon, great idea

goon1221 [BMC] Tuesday 23.Jan 14:58, 2018
9th FC-manager overall - 15th FC-manager last 6 weeks
Definitely not .... but I agree with IOC ... a Russian should be allowed to compete in the Olympics if they can prove they are clean .... and I agree with the IOC there can't be the slightest doubt about it .... obviously that's not the case with Ustiugov....

Andy [Luxembourg Finest] Tuesday 23.Jan 14:04, 2018
Is it fair to punish the athletes when it is not they who have done the mistakes?

Tomas [Second Coming] Tuesday 23.Jan 13:36, 2018
I had the impression that the athletes involved in the McLaren Report, was the ones being suspended.

Gonna be weird sitting on the couch cheering for Russian Olympic Athletes during Men's 4 x 10 km Relay in three weeks time. They should still be able to give Norway
a proper with something like; Larkov-Chervotkin-Spitsov-Bolshunov.

Rumour has it that neither Ustiugov nor Shipulin will be allowed to compete in the olympics. Meanwhile athletes like Martin "asthma" Sundby are very welcome because he's Norwegian. So it's more important what country you're from than if there's actually any proof against you. When a Norwegian is caught doping then it's just the doctor's unfortunate mistake, but when there's zero proof against a Russian then he's banned. What a joke. The new kind of racism.
